What we recruit for
We staff six practice areas in support of federal health and public-sector missions: clinical research, nursing and occupational health, public health analysis, biostatistics and health data, health IT systems, and program support. Each area is worked by recruiters who focus on that discipline, so the person calling you about a clinical research role recruits clinical research professionals for a living.
Our roles are a mix of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire. A recruiter will tell you which before you apply, along with the pay band and the customer's timeline.

Offer and onboarding
We advise on the offer, manage references and credentialing checks, and stay with you through your first day. Your record stays active for future roles unless you ask us to close it.
